Our S’mores Popcorn is everything you love about S’mores—graham crackers, chocolate and toasty marshmallows, but with a fraction of the effort.
Our Spiced Nut Mix combines savory spices like cumin, chili powder and sweet paprika to make a satisfying snack that is anything but boring.
RECIPE:
S’mores Popcorn
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup popcorn
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 graham crackers, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp raw sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add the popcorn and partially cover with a lid, leaving a gap to allow steam to escape. Allow the corn to pop, occasionally shaking the pot. When the popping stops, turn off the heat and remove the lid. Add the melted butter, sugar and salt, and gently toss to distribute.
Set the oven to broil and allow it to heat up.
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Spread the popcorn onto the sheet pan. Scatter the graham cracker pieces and marshmallows evenly over the popcorn. Place the popcorn under the broiler and allow the marshmallows to get charred and puffy. It will take less than a minute, so don’t walk away!
- Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe cup and cook in the microwave for increments of 15 seconds, stirring each time, until the chocolate has melted. Drizzle the chocolate over the popcorn. Allow to cool, then enjoy!
