Java Energy Smoothie
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of strong coffee, cooled
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa nibs
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend all ingredients. For extra texture, reserve ½ tablespoon cocoa nibs, to add after the initial blend, and then pulse to desired thickness.
