Coffee week has inspired us to take our SJ House Blend to another level with a a mint-infused caffeinated iced beverage.
By muddling fresh mint leaves and adding condensed milk, we’ve put together a perfect sweet and creamy iced coffee that will always feel like a treat. This can easily be made dairy-free by using coconut condensed milk and a plant-based half and half.
RECIPE:
Sweet Mint Iced Coffee
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1 cup prepared Sweet July House Blend Coffee
2 tbsp sweetened condensd milk
1 tbsp half and half
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Fresh mint leaves
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large cocktail shaker, add condensed milk, vanilla, cream and four mint leaves. Muddle together and add in ice and coffee. Cover and shake together until cold. Pour into a glass of ice and serve with more mint to garnish if desired.
