RECIPE:
Collard Greens Dip
INGREDIENTS
15 ounces frozen chopped collard greens, thawed and drained
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small shallot, minced
3 garlic cloves, minced (1 tablespoon)
Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Crostini, for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350° and prepare a small nonstick baking dish.
- Combine drained collard greens, 1 cup mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmesan, sour cream, mayonnaise, shallot, garlic, and seasonings in a large bowl. Fold together well before pouring into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese has melted. Serve warm alongside crostini.
