The matcha yogurt pairs the sweet tang of Greek yogurt with the earthiness of green tea, which is an unexpected but completely delicious bite. Swap in your favorite fruit, add protein or nut butter—whatever works for you!

RECIPE:
Matcha Yogurt Bowl
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of plain Greek yogurt
1 ½ tsp matcha
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
Granola, for topping
Shaved coconut, for topping
Sliced fruit, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS

Add yogurt, syrup or honey, vanilla to a medium-sized bowl and mix until combined. Hold a small sifter over the bowl and tap lightly to add the matcha powder removing any lumps. Whisk together and chill before serving. Pour into two bowls and top with granola and fruit of your choosing.
