Strawberry Smoothie
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen chopped strawberries
1/2 cup bottled coconut water
1/2 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup unsweetened plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
2 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp light agave nectar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 1 minute, stopping to scrape down sides as needed. Pour into 2 glasses
