Tropical Post-Workout Smoothie
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 of a banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp almond butter (or Maple Almond Butter)
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1 scoop protein powder of your choice (we suggest Vanilla)
