We’re getting coffee-creative in the kitchen as we gear up for International Coffee Day this week!
Adding our house blend coffee in a simple steak rub gives sweetness and smokiness to the meat, which is balanced out by the heat of ancho chili powder. Complete the dish with some loaded mashed potatoes!
