Elderflower Champagne Cocktail
1 sugar cube
1 dash Angostura bitters
1/3 ounce elderflower liqueur (such as St-Germain)
4 ounces chilled brut Champagne
- Place sugar cube in the bottom of a Champagne glass, and top with Angostura bitters.
- Add elderflower liqueur.
- Fill glass with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon peel.
