Remy Park's Cherry Cosmopolitan Mocktail

Whether you’re having a night in and hosting your Galentines, this is a fun drink that’s perfectly tart and sweet.

For the Cherry Ice Cubes

1/4 cup fresh cherry juice, or use cranberry juice

2 cherry stems

For the Cherry Cosmos

4 oz NA alternative vodka (optional)

2 oz cherry juice (or use cranberry)

6-8 oz sparkling lime, cranberry or orange water (to top off)

Or, if you don’t have flavored sparkling water

2 oz lime juice

Sparkling water to top off

To make the Cherry Ice Cubes

Pour cherry juice into a small heart shaped ice mold.
Gently place cherry stems into the mold so that one end is partially submerged.
Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze until solid. When ready to use, pop out of the mold, and ensure the ice cube is sitting atop an ample amount of ice (otherwise, juice based ice cubes melt extremely quickly into the drink).

To make the Cherry Cosmo’s

In a drink shaker, add NA alternative, cherry juice and lime juice (if using). Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain and divide between two glasses.
Add a generous amount of ice to the glasses, then top off with sparkling water.
Garnish with cherry heart ice cubes if desired.
