Prep a batch on Sunday evening and have delicious breakfasts (or snacks) all week long. Strawberry Overnight Oats
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 cups uncooked old-fashioned regular rolled oats
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 cup creamy almond butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients together in one large bowl. Mix until well combined.

Spoon mixture evenly into 4 (2-cup/16-ounce) lidded jars or containers.
