And this alcohol-free one—a raspberry-forward sipper with a hint of rosemary and just the right amount of bubbles—is a delightfully crisp drink you’ll surely want more of. We’re obsessed with the honey syrup that truly takes this to the next level, adding just the right amount of sweetness.
RECIPE:
Raspberry Spritz
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz sparkling water
- 3 oz Honey Syrup (recipe below)
- 3 oz lemon juice
- 8 raspberries (plus more for garnish)
- 1 sprig rosemary (plus more for garnish)
Honey Syrup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot water
INSTRUCTIONS
Honey Syrup: In a small jar or bowl, whisk together hot water and honey until combined. Allow to cool slightly, but use immediately.
- Raspberry Spritz: Add 8 raspberries, rosemary leaves pulled off one sprig, and 3 ounces of the honey syrup into a large cocktail shaker. Muddle until mixed together. Fill with ice and add the lemon juice. Shake together until chilled and well-incorporated. Pour into two ice-filled glasses. Top with sparkling water and serve garnished with raspberries and rosemary sprigs.
