For us, Açaí Bowls are all about the toppings. We love a combination of flavors and textures; something sweet, fresh, crunchy and creamy. For the fruit, we’ve paired the frozen açaí with frozen blueberries (which are also packed with antioxidants) and layered on fresh strawberry, kiwi and mango. Customize your bowl with your favorite fruit and switch it up with the season. Finish with a healthy drizzle of almond butter—or Sweet July‘s Maple Almond Butter for extra sweetness—to add a creamy layer of richness which pairs great with the fruit, granola and pumpkin seeds.

Açaí Brain Bowl

INGREDIENTS
1 pack frozen açaí superfruit (100 grams)
1 banana, frozen
1 cup blueberries, frozen
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup mango, cubed (for serving)
1/2 cup almond butter or maple almond butter, warmed (for serving)
Shelled pumpkin seeds (for serving)
Kiwi, sliced (for serving)
Strawberries, sliced (for serving)
Granola (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add frozen açaí, banana, blueberries, pineapple juice and yogurt in a high-powered blender. Blend until combined. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if needed.
Pour açaí mixture into a bowl and top with sliced fruit, pumpkin seeds and granola. Drizzle with almond butter—or Maple Almond Butter—and eat immediately.
