You’ve likely enjoyed a traditional red sangria, and maybe even a white. But what do you say to a little rosé?
Great for (responsible) gatherings, this make ahead cocktail sits in the fridge overnight allowing the fruit to break down and beautifully meld with the wine and other liqueurs. Top the pitcher with a handful of fresh berries before serving. To be safe, you may want to consider doubling this recipe because, in our experience, it goes fast.
RECIPE:
Blush Sangria
Serves 8

1 cup strawberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine 1⁄2 cup strawberries, 1⁄2 cup raspberries, 1⁄2 cup blueberries and 2 tablespoons light brown sugar in a small bowl.
Mash berries lightly to release juices and transfer to a pitcher.
Add the Lillet Blanc, chilled rosé, black raspberry liqueur, grapefruit juice, the rest of the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries to pitcher; stir to combine.
- Chill for at least 1 hour or up to overnight. Pour over ice cubes.
