RECIPE:
Boozy Peppermint Milkshake
INGREDIENTS
1 pint dairy-free vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 oz peppermint schnapps
1 oz vanilla-flavored vodka
Crushed pepper-mint candy (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine 1 pint dairy-free vanilla ice cream, ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk, 2 ounces peppermint schnapps, and 1 ounce vanilla-flavored vodka in a blender. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds. Divide into 2 glasses. Garnish with crushed pepper-mint candy, and serve.
