The four-leaf clover of drinks!
This coffee- and Irish whiskey-based martini is sure to charm a celebrating crowd, yet it is super simple to make. Happy St Patrick’s Day!
RECIPE:
Irish Martini
Servings: 2 (8 oz martinis)
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup cooled espresso or strong coffee
1/2 cup Irish Cream
2 ounces Irish whiskey
Ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a large cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour in espresso or coffee, Irish Cream, and whiskey. Shake until combined and chilled. Pour into two chilled martini glasses and enjoy. Optional garnish: mint leaves and espresso beans.
