Stout Float
INGREDIENTS
3 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
1/2 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
1/2 oz coffee, cooled
1/2 oz milk
1/2 oz stout beer (like Guinness)
Whipped cream, topping
Shortbread biscuit, for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Assemble the float by adding three scoops of ice cream to a tall glass. Add the coffee liqueur, coffee and milk. Slowly pour in the stout beer. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and serve with a buttery shortbread biscuit.
