Everyone takes their coffee differently. Sometimes we prefer ours with a scoop of ice cream!
The simple duo of vanilla ice cream and freshly brewed coffee brings us that warm, fuzzy feeling inside. We like to top ours off with a little bit of sea salt to accentuate the flavors of the coffee and chocolate-covered espresso beans.

The Perfect Affogato
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
1 cup strongly brewed Sweet July House Blend Coffee
2 cups vanilla bean ice cream
2 tbsp dark chocolate covered espresso beans, roughly chopped
Flaky sea salt, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Divide the ice cream into two clear, heat-resistant glasses. Pour the warm coffee over the top, and garnish with chocolate-covered espresso beans and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
